    Maximum utilization of existing foundation and ceramic brick walls at 1st floor. Split levels for Cellar and 1st floor around two-story winter garden with waterfall, pleasantly lighted by the morning sun from the rear yard through the high dining area. Carefully crafted spacing allowing light to reach the Cellar and create a feeling of spaciousness due to communication between different levels. Extremely rational use of spaces and many unexpected perspectives throughout the house were enhanced by carefully fashioned details, where design overpowers expensive materials.
