Mixed-Use Apartment Building in Landmark area

    50,000 sq.ft. building with 59 apartments and a store in a landmark area.

  • CONCEPT:

    Strict Zoning and Landmarks area requirements influenced the building’s shape. To mitigate street noise all apartments have bedrooms facing the rear yard. The front wall was enhanced with special ventilation openings.
