    Private residence with accessory Doctor’s Consultation Office.

  • CONCEPT:

    Two-story winter garden at South corner, as well as a large skylight above the stairs of the central area to extend light and provide a feeling of flourishing nature, compensating for the six month long winters. Built with strict Soviet era restriction on visible wealth and limited supplies; the house ultimately brought a new era lifestyle for its owner.
