    Modern style luxury residence located on a local creek, overseeing natural preserve beyond the rear yard.

  • CONCEPT:

    All rooms are organized around the central stair and sitting area with a two-story fireplace and waterfall. Maximum exposure of all windows eastward to the creek and wilderness, allowing outmost light and air. Special efforts were invested in order to work out client’s desire for extreme modernism while local design review board desired to see a traditional style.
