  Seven-story residential addition over existing three-story mixed-use building

• CONCEPT:

  Located on small (30’x50’) lot residential tower overhangs above the existing building – solving the otherwise impossible task of building on a lot with no access to the street. All apartments have balconies overseeing the low-density area.. The penthouse has terraces which provide a view of Manhattan and the Atlantic Ocean.
